Chairperson’s Message
Welcome to the Irish Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Forum. The ICIOE was established in 2011 to provide a much needed framework for continuous improvement and operational excellence professionals to discuss and share ideas in all aspects of CI & OE and connect with other CI & OE professionals in various industries and businesses across Ireland and around the world.
In the true sprit of the Irish Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Forum we aim to provide this framework in a not-for-profit forum that will encourage the open sharing of ideas and concepts that in turn will grow our community of practice.
Leadership Team
Gerard Quinn is a founding partner and chairman of the Irish Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Forum. He has 21 years experience in the accountancy, semi state, finance, pharmaceutical and biotech industry sectors, with the last 7 years focused on continuous improvement and project portfolio management at national and international levels.
During his career he has managed business and technical projects and portfolios for large investments and facility ‘start up’s’. He has also been involved in the design and implementation of programme management offices (PMO’s) and has additional expertise in information technology and business systems areas of industry

Allison Davis is a founding partner of the Irish Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Forum. She is a Chemical Engineer with a number of years experience in the domain of Operational Excellence in the abrasives and pharmaceutical industries. During her career, Allison has worked in direct manufacturing supervision, project engineering and productivity transformation. She is currently leading a Lean deployment programme within the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Brian Cody is a founding partner of the Irish Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Forum. Brian Cody has 16 years experience working in the Operations sphere of IT companies, having worked for blue chip peripherals, hardware and software companies. During the past 10 years he has been working in the process improvement arena.
Brian has experience of business, systems and other technical projects working across the order to cash spectrum. Brian’s passion is delivering change which improves the customer’s experience.
